Entries will be accepted only if submitted online through our website by or before midnight Arizona Mountain Standard Time or mailed in and postmarked by midnight Nov. 30th, 2011.  All manuscripts submitted by mail must be accompanied by a signed entry form which can be requested by mail or by emailing your request for an official entry form to info@winmoneywriting.com. All entries must also be accompanied by a $10 entry fee to be entered for consideration. For online entries an online entry form must be submitted with an electronic signature at time of submission.

The awards given by www.winmoneywriting.com are given to honor originally authored works by aspiring writers, poets and authors. Contestants must be living citizens of the United States who have neither published, nor committed to publish, a book or a volume of poetry 40 pages or more in length and in an edition of 500 or more copies, for which they have received contract or financial compensation for either in the U.S. or abroad. Books on a smaller scale, such as chapbooks and limited editions, will not disqualify a poet or author.

Manuscripts must be of original poetry or content, in English, by one poet. There are no restrictions on the style of poetry or subject matter. Submissions with derogatory or abusive language, explicit sexual content, racial slurs or any content that is deemed unacceptable by WinMoneyWriting.com will not be accepted for consideration and the entry fee will not be returned to the submitter.

Contestants should send or submit only one copy of each manuscript. There is no limit to the number of entries that a contestant can submit, however, each submission must be a unique work as duplicate manuscripts are not accepted.

Manuscripts must be no longer than 21 lines for a poem or 500 words for creative writing piece, typed in a 12 point font single- or double-spaced. Multiple poems may not appear on a single page. Illustrations are not accepted. Contestants who have published poems in magazines may include those in the manuscript submitted, along with a page of acknowledgments.

Each manuscript must be accompanied by a completed entry form and a submission fee of $10.00. Please make check or money order payable to "The Creation Group." if submitting by mail. Do not send cash. Payment for online entries can be submitted online in the contest entry area. The $10.00 entry is non-refundable unless the contest is cancelled. In the event that a contest is cancelled the entry fee will be returned to the submitter within 90 days from the date of cancellation.

Contestants who submit more than one manuscript must include an entry form and submission fee with each.

Contestants may submit manuscripts elsewhere simultaneously, but must notify the WinMoneyWriting.com immediately if a manuscript becomes committed to another press.

A manuscript committed to another press is not eligible for www.winmoneywriting.com awards.
Manuscripts must be postmarked by midnight November 30th, 2011 for mail in entries or submitted online by midnight Arizona Mountain Standard Time for online submissions. Late manuscripts will be accepted. Contestants are strongly advised to retain copies of their work as manuscripts will not be returned.
